AAA-rating?
The company must be well established (more than 5 years old, in Sweden more than
10 years), the key financial figures must be strong, no new remarks on payment either on
the company or on the key persons.

We lack essential information, or the information is too old. The reason might be that
the company will be merged with another company, or will be dissolved.

information form?
We collect information from all official sources such as Companies House, Tax
authority, courts, debt collection etc.

 | What is a D-U-N-S Number?
D-U-N-S Number is a short name for Data Universal Numbering System, all the
companies in D&B's database world wide (42 mio) have their own D-U-N-S. D-U-N-S Number
is accepted as a unique number by United Nations, US Government, European Union, ISO and
other as an international identification number which can be used for instance when
transmitting via Edifact. All legal entities have their own unique D-U-N-S Number.

A "claim in bankruptcy" is the account receivable the company had on
another company that has gone bankrupt.

system?
In Denmark we have rating on Public and Private Limited companies. In Finland the
rating system covers all legal forms. In Norway we have rating on Public and Private
Limited companies, Sole Proprietorships, Co-operations, Associations, and Branch of
Foreign Co. In Sweden we have rating on Public and Private Limited companies, Sole
Proprietorships, General and Limited Partnerships.

 | When will the inquired company /consumer be
notified?
When a report on a consumer is inquired a copy of the report will automatic be sent to
the consumer. The copy contains the name of the company who inquired the report. If
information on key persons is used to calculate a rating on a company, a copy will be sent
to the consumer, the copy contains name of the company who inquired the report. Regarding
copy of the information on key persons this only affect Norwegian and Swedish companies.

 | Which currency and decimal points and commas does
D&B use?
All figures are presented in local currency. Figures from the balance sheet are in
thousands and separated with a comma. Key figures has a decimal point as separation.
