| The products and
services supplied through D&B Interactive are supplied pursuant to certain terms of
use, "D&B Interactive – Terms of Use". These terms applies for both
business reports and consumer reports. The terms are based mainly on legal obligations inflicted upon D&B by consumer credit legislation, data protection legislation and by authorities. To some extent demands from our suppliers of information has affected the terms of use. The products and services from D&BI will be supplied only to subscribers who have accepted the terms of use. Naturally, it is important that the subscriber studys the terms, that cover issues like how the subscriber may use the products and services and legal grounds for ordering credit reports. The subscriber pays for the usage of products and services from D&BI in accordance with a separate subscriber agreement between the subscriber and D&B or an authorized D&B representative. When the subscriber agreement is made, the subscriber is given access to D&BI and supplied with necessary user-ids and passwords.
