Alpha Search is the efficient search when lacking specific information such as organisation number or D-U-N-S-number.
- Select report language. (Swedish is default value for Swedish customers etc.).
- Select location of the requested company. (Sweden is default value).
- Enter known information about the company . Click the "Search"-button.
- The window " Search Results" appears were the hits of your request are displayed ( max. 50 hits) including company name, organisation number, city and company status .
- Select company by clicking the red arrow in front of the company name.
- If the search failed, use the "Back"-button of your browser to return and modify your search. You are also able to order an register outline ...Then, return to the " Business Search" window, to make a print. Fax the print out to the D&B Customer Service.
- When you have selected a company name, the window "Ordering of D&B Report" appears containing additional information concerning the requested company as well as a list of accessible D&B-reports to order. Click here to read more about our D&B reports.
- Select D&B-report by checking the appropriate radio button. Click the "Order" button. The requested D&B report will appear on your screen in a moment!
- Note that due to missing information, one or more D&B reports of a company may be unavailable to order. If there is no D&B report available, you are able to order a copy from the database. Then, use the "Back" button of your browser to return to the " Business Search" window, to make a print. Send the print as a fax to the D&B Customer Service.
Direct Search is the fast and easy way to order a D&B report when having specific company information, such as organisation-, D-U-N-S Number or VAT number.
- Select report language. (Swedish is default value for Swedish customer etc.).
- Select location of the requested company.(Sweden is default value).
- Go to Direct Search and select appropriate type of number (CO House, D-U-N-S or VAT number).
- Enter number (CO House, D-U-N-S or VAT number).
- Select "Show all" in the Order box.
- Click the "Search/Order"-button.
- The window "Ordering a D&B report" appears containing complete information of the requested company, as well as a list of available D&B-reports to order. Click here to read more about our D&B reports.
- Select D&B-report by checking the appropriate radio button. Click the "Order" button. The requested D&B report will appear on your screen immediately.

Then, use the "Back" button of your browser to return to the " Business Search" window, to make a print. Send the print as a fax to the D&B Customer Service.

Nordic companies
When you have selected a D&B Compact or a D&B Standard report you can on the company if it has a Nordic parent or subsidiary easily order reports on this companies. A so called "hyperlink" has been established, when you then click on the D-U-N-S Number for the actual company you will automaticly get to the screen Ordering D&B reports. You can then normally choose between D&B Rating, D&B Compact , or D&B Standard. If none of these reports are available, you can order a D&B Fakta report- Yopu can easily see which companies there are links too, as their D-U-N-S Number is underlined and in blue colour.
Consolidated groups
In big groups it is possible to move up or down in the hierarchy by ordering reports on parent companies or subsidiaries. If you are evaluating a big group of companies you can use this option to move up and down within the hierarchy. In this way you can easily find the credit worthiness of the independent companies in the group. If you have moved far away from the original company just use the "Back-button" in your browser to get back to where you started.
Other European countries
If you need reports on a European company, outside the Nordic region, you can write down the D-U-N-S Number on this company and order a report in the European database you find on the main menu called; D&B Interactive Business Europé
