Navigate in D&B
Interactive is easy. D&B Interactive is
filled with useful and supportive information for your support when ordering a D&B
report. However, of course, you need to "get to know" your new working tool. Navigate
in D&B Interactive gives you a general presentation of the information
structure as well as features and navigation tools of D&B Interactive.

Interactive is divided into two main parts:
Online service; "Take a D&B-Report"
To be able to use D&B Interactive Online service: "Take a D&B!" you need
a user id and password. Here you can easily order your D&B-reports (click here and read more about our D&B-reports) .Through your
modem or by internet you can order your D&B-reports for direct display on your screen!
Information
service; "D&B Interactive Guidance"
"D&B Interactive Guidance" contains actually three
different services "Hints & advice", "Test run a D&B" and
"The Webguide":
Here you will find practical hints and advises regarding credit information such
as Rating guides and definitions, statistics and a guide to select a correct D&B-report.You
can also test how to place an inquiry either Alpha search or Direct Order. In the Webguide
you will find help that you can use when you wish to order a D&B-report, how your
browser should be configured, and how to navigate in D&B Interactive.

Sometimes it is difficult to navigate on a WebPages. We have created the following "navigation tools" that helps you to get to where you want to go, independent of where you are.

Menu
Menu only exists in "D&B Interactive Guidance". You will
not find it in the reports. The menu will be in the blue frame together with the
D&B-logo.
The Menu has seven different parts which you can click on and select:
Main menue: This is the so called "welcome page", where you find a
short introduction to the different services.

Furthermore the menu has four flags:
On the menu you also find four flags. D&B Interactive is available in five different languages: English, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian , and Swedish. You can of course jump between the different versions by clicking on the flags.
Every information page in D&B Interactive have a "Navigation
bar".Using the navigation bar you can click on the different objects from
the menu, and jump between the different pages..If you click on the navigation bar in the
online service in D&B Interactive "Take a D&B" a new
screen will appear above the origin. This way you can search and read in the complete
D&B Interactive. When you have finished you can close down the screen, and continue
with ordering your D&B-report.
A link is one or
more words which are underlined. (Note! blue is standard colour for link, but it can also
be in another colour depending on the configuration of your browser.).
Sometimes you will find the sentence: "Click
here to read more" , or: Read more about. Link Link Link. In all this case there are
more information available which you can access by clicking the underlined sentence. When
you click on a link you will get to another page, if you want to return just click on the "Back"-button
in your browser. Some links are bookmarks, then you still are in the same page /see the
name of the page in the address page of your browser). When you read a D&B-report you
can easily jump back and forward, up and down within the report by clicking on the blue
links the so called Up!-lines (see below).
Up!-line
Up!
The "Up!-line" or jumpline as it also is called, can be used to
navigate within the page. In this way you can quick and easy move back and forward, up and
down within the page. This is easier and quicker than the toolbar.
Up!-lines you will find on all pages, in
the Guidance and in the reports. Created to be user friendly. Use them!
"Helpbar" looks like the navigation bar, but you choose from selected help objects, specific chosen to support you when you read the report. The Help bar is only available in the reports. Click on the object you need to know more about. A new screen will appear above the report. On the screen you can read and also search for more information in our "Guidance" without losing your D&B-report. After finish the reading close down the screen and continue to work with your D&B-report.
You can always choose to use your browser as your navigation tool. With "Back/Forward-buttons you will always return to where you were before. We recommend that you use all the navigation tools to find the easiest way.
