When someone says that he is surfing on the net, he means that he easily jumps between different servers where information is stored. In D&B Interactive you can also dial into our web-server via your modem, or access us directly via internet.
To be able to read and navigate within the information you need a browser. There are different types of browsers, what they have in common they can all understand internet protocols.
NetscapeNetscape collect the text first, and mark pictures with empty frames. You can then read the text and click to go further without waiting for the pictures to appear. A journey that took minutes in other browsers will only take seconds in Netscape.We recommend the latest version which for Netscape is 4.0.
The development is very fast, new versions and beta versions are launched all the time. If you have access to Internet you can read more on Netscape's Homepage and also download the latest version of Netscape Navigator.

Internet ExplorerMicrosoft also has a browser, called Internet Explore. It has more or less the same functionality as Netscape. We also recommend the latest version which for the time being is version 4.0. It can be downloaded free of charge from the below address: http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download/
You can of course print all the pages from D&B Interactive. To print the report itself is wanted by many customer, but you can also print all the help pages and the different guides.
To print out:
When you want to print out, you have choose the "Print"
-function in your browser. Make sure that the necessary settings are as you have to for
all other software you use.
If you are using a Netscape browser you have to wait until the message "Document Done" appear on your screen, if you are using Internet Explorer you print when the report appear on your screen.
If you have problems with the printing you might have to close other windows application such as Excel, Word or MSMail.
